Shipping

1. I ship my animals Monday through Wednesday via Fedex Priority Overnight service.

2. All animals will be shipped to a staffed FedEx Ship Center, and held there for pick up. There will be no exceptions.

3. I reserve the right to cancel the shipment, if the temperature in your area is expected to be below 40 or above 90 degrees during the course of shipment.

4. All orders must be paid in full before shipment

Live Arrival Guarantee

• I guarantee that my animal(s) will arrive live and healthy, if the following conditions are met:

  • Outside temperature stays within 40-90 degrees range during transit time.

  • The animal is picked up from the FedEx facility, unboxed and inspected within the two hours of its arrival.

  • In the event that our animal(s) arrive(s) dead or appear(s) injured upon inspection, buyer must contact me immediately and be ready to provide photographic evidence to receive a refund.

Health Guarantee

• I guarantee animals are healthy, eating, and sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed). I guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If you elect to return your shipment you will be responsible for all expenses required to properly and safely return the animals. I will gladly attempt to replace the animal, or refund your money if a replacement is not available. I provide a 72 hour health guarantee on all animals I sell. Please contact me immediately if you notice any health issues. I stand behind my animals and will be there to provide husbandry or other information you may need after the sale. Feel free to contact by email, text, or Facebook messenger if you need advice regarding the care or health of your animals purchased from me. I reserve the right to refuse a guarantee due to improper care or husbandry.
